ABOUT US

Our Mission & Vision
At The Kind Power, our mission is to empower women, children, and survivors of domestic, emotional, and financial abuse through trauma-informed support, coaching, financial literacy, and education. We are committed to addressing the emotional and systemic barriers that hinder healing, safety, and long-term independence - including the lasting effects of power-based control and gender inequality.
We envision a world where every survivor has the opportunity to heal, grow, and thrive - not only transforming their own lives, but also contributing to stronger, more equitable communities. When women and children are emotionally supported and financially empowered, they become catalysts for generational change, economic resilience, and a more just global economy.
Our History
The Kind Power was created in response to the emotional, financial, and systemic barriers faced by women, children, and survivors of domestic and narcissistic abuse - particularly those navigating the deep, generational impacts of gender inequality. Founded by a team of trauma-informed professionals, coaches, and advocates who turned their own lived experiences into purpose, the organization began as a grassroots effort to support women in reclaiming their lives. It has since evolved into a broader movement for healing, empowerment, and socio-economic justice -helping individuals rise with resilience, rebuild with confidence, and thrive with dignity.
Core Values: Compassion, Empowerment, Growth and Integrity
We create safe, supportive spaces where women, children, and survivors - especially those affected by domestic, emotional, and financial abuse - are seen, heard, and valued.
Guided by compassion, equity, and accountability, we work to break cycles of harm and disempowerment through trauma-informed coaching, healing-centered education, and financial empowerment.
Our work is rooted in trust and dignity, driven by the belief that kindness is not only a path to personal healing but a powerful force for generational impact and global social change.
Our Leadership
The Kind Power was founded by a group of resilient individuals who turned personal adversity into a shared commitment to healing, equity, and lasting change. With lived experience of trauma, abuse, and the systemic forces that often silence and marginalize survivors - especially women and children - they built a platform rooted in empathy, empowerment, and action. Today, that vision continues to guide our leadership, united by compassion, resilience, and a deep belief in the power of healing, financial freedom, and education to transform lives and strengthen communities around the world.
