At 53, Amy is more passionate than ever about helping people live their dreams, amplify their voice, and become their happiest, most empowered selves — by overcoming fear, building better habits, and shifting their mindset.
She hosts The Amy Edwards Show, a podcast built on radical honesty that helps others navigate transformation, and co-hosts Anything But Mid, a comedy wellness podcast with Whitney Stropp that brings humor and authenticity to midlife reinvention.
“It’s not about looking younger,” Amy shares. “It’s about feeling your best at every age — staying curious, open, and willing to grow.”
💔 Turning Pain into Power
In her conversation with Brian Comstock, Amy opens up about how she turned heartbreak, divorce, and self-doubt into creativity, confidence, and self-love.

During one of her darkest times, Amy literally lost her voice — both physically and emotionally — while navigating a painful divorce. It was only when she stood up for herself and spoke her truth that she began to heal.
“You either use your voice or lose it,” she says. “Once I started speaking up, everything changed.”
Her story is a vivid reminder that reclaiming your power often begins with reclaiming your voice.
🎶 Creativity, Courage & Compassion

Amy’s artistry and activism are deeply intertwined. She’s released five solo rock albums, authored two books, and built a 30-year career in radio and voice performance.
She’s also the founder of Fight For Her, a nonprofit initiative supporting Batwa Pygmy women and girls in Uganda — empowering them through education, independence, and opportunity.
“We can do anything at any age,” Amy says. “We can always choose to grow, rise, and begin again.”
Her global compassion and authenticity mirror The Kind Power’s mission — transforming empathy into empowerment and stories into social change.
