Reclaim Your Calm: A Restorative Journey to Healing Stress & Anxiety

In today’s world, stress and anxiety are more than just mental challenges — they live in our bodies, our breath, and our daily habits. The weight can feel overwhelming. But when we come together in community, healing becomes possible.

On a warm evening in Austin, The Kind Power Nonprofit hosted Reclaim Your Calm: A Restorative Journey to Healing Stress & Anxiety — a gathering crafted to help you release that weight, reclaim your calm, and rediscover resilience through practice, presence, and connection.
